Love & Hip Hop Season 2 Episode 6: Kimbella and Erica Mena Fight. Erica gets a busted eye in fight! Then Erica calls the cops!

I didn't write up the last show because it was boring but this show is really something. Chrissy Lampkins is still crying about the old 'marriage' story. Emma still on about Fab. The only good thing is new arrival Erica Mena who had a bad attitude - I mean pretty nasty and gets down and dirty in a real girly fight with Kimbella and the police are called. Well Erica Mena demands the police or medics are called in. Then the Olivia story.

Kimbella vs Erica Mena: battle of booty girls turned the video girls turned singers

I thought Kimbella was slutty but Erica is a downright dirty whore or hoe. Did you see her outfit? One pull of what she was wearing and her boobs would have popped out. She looked naked underneath that jumpsuit of hers.

Erica already has beef with Kimbella without ever meeting her that Kimbella's type is bringing down the industry by doing things for near free. Its the same Olivia vs Somaya battle of levels only it turns physical.

Erica doesn't consider Kimbella a model but more 'soft porn: one hundred and one ways you can bend over.'  Erica says she had done adverts, editorials, campagins and not just flash her T&A at boy magazines. Erica is really angry at Kimbella and what she represents. Infact she inplies she is a real model and Kimbella is just a hustler.  But in all fairness like Olivia and Somaya - they are both on the same level which is - Love and Hip Hop.

"Just because you are groupie and have slept with a few artists doesn't mean you are a model' says Erica Mena. 'Girls like me have to give the reminder.' Then Erica goes on to say. 'You think you have won the jack pot because you got someone to knock you up. (must mean rapper Juelz Santana), you got somebody with an little money to knock up up.'  You can litereally see the steam of hate buzzing from Erica's ears.

Erica keeps going on with the insults and abuse. Kimbella throws a drink in her face then it all kicks off. The girl fight again. I wish it was Chrissy because Chrissy knows how to. It's a girly fight with spitting, sratching and clawing each other. They don't know each other but Kimbella seems to attract a lot of hostility from other women. I think she is okay but the girls seem to really dislike her.

Even if just for her child Kimbella should not allow people to talk and disrespect her in that way. It's not worth the money because poeple think it's real as in reality TV. This is not a some acting job and so can affect her in real life. What about her family and those close to her seeing her rediculed just to get famous.

It seems real because even the cameramen get involved in trying to separate them.  And Yandi is saying 'Erica it's enough, let her go.'

They still won't let go. I think Kimbella is making up for Chrissy Lampkin so it's real. Then the other staff behind the cameras step in.

Finally they are separated and Erica is lead away from another behind the scenes staff asking if she is okay.

So Kimbella apparently had busted up Erica's eye. Wow - it's all that Chrissy anger that has come out. So Erica is all she had F&$ked up my eye. Then she runs back for another run but is stopped. Her parting words - 'I know where to catch up.'

Erica can't really afford to have a black eye or a cut because beauty is her business. Her face is her business but really she should go picking fights. Anyway I heard that VH1 is going to ban all glass around their cast and now they will only drink from plastic given the girl on girl violence. That fight was real.

Kimbella's face is all bruised with some bleeding. And they are putting on some sort of salve/dressing to it. You can see her face is all marshed up. Brusied, red and swollen.

Then Erica Mena is screaming call the cops! You don't call police in Hip Hop! Seriously. You don't go and provoke a fight then call the cops! PLEASE! If Kimbella did that with the footage Chrissy would have been locked up.

Anyway Erica Mena calls the cops and Kimbella and Yandi take off their shoes ane with barefeet and make a run for it. You can't really involved the police because it makes it complicated.

The parting look is that Kimbella gave Erica a good wacking - you can see the paramedics attending to her. But still you can't look for trouble and then call the cops.

Boring Olivia still can't get a deal

Okay there was nothing really about last show, it sort of lagged. But this show, well Rich needs to realise that Olivia doesn't have star appeal. It's really that simple. Yes she is pretty, she can sing, she can dance but still there is something missing. The one thing which Louie Walsh mentions on UK X factor - she is not likable. She does not have the likablity factor.

That's what comes over. She is not even sweet natured. First she was slagging off Somaya and then she seems to be making trouble. She looks like one of those girls in gang who goes of making nasty comments and sort of laughing at other girls misfortune. She is too hard,.

The thing is that Olivia was give two chances based on looks alone and the public did not want her. Clive Davis and 50 cent G- Unit deal.  Face it, Olivia is just a back-up singer given a few too many breaks without delivering and now has become reality TV fodder.

Love and Hip Hop series 2 show/episode 4: Cry me a river, Jim, Olivia and Mama Drama! WTF

Love and Hip Hop series 2 show/episode 4 is one heck of a drama. I thought it would lag but I was wrong. So wrong! Where do I begin?

First up is Jim and Nancy Jones. This is not fake or phony. I felt the man's pain but please he was crying! Tears were falling from his eyes. If you did not catch that bit go back on VH1 rewind and see his eyes were wet and tears rolling down his cheek. I don't get why he has to cry on TV. I just don't get it. A grown assed man crying on TV over female trouble.  You can cry dude but not on TV! It's private!

It got to the point that Nancy Jones backed down. I just wonder what sort  of hold Chrissy 'I will f*^k you up' Lampkins has on him because with all this love crying it isn't exactly like he has proposed to marry her. It's clear they love each other, have a good rapport and have a strong relationship but I'm not too sure. I've also noticed that according to Jim everyone should accept how Chrissy and makes allowances for her but he never holds her accountable for her actions. It's like he treads very carefully when she is involved a bit of pussyfooting. I don't get it.

My favourite character - yes Chrissy 'I will smash your face up' Lampkins. She has this chat with Jim Jones about Yandi and tells him she can do her job. You know what Chrissy? If you could you would be doing her job.  She can't do Yandi's job simply because Yandi is a professional. She is the only one whose breasts don't hang out. She may be wearing those loop earings like it going out of fashion but she dresses well. Also she proved her worth with the advice she gave Olivia.

Chrissy knows her weaknesses but still doesn't avoid them. She talks sense but when it comes to action I think she just blows up.

Olivia got a reality check about her stalling career. Like the A&R guy said she has had two chances already - Clive Davis and 50 cent why should she get a third. Anyway she crepted over to Yandi who gave her some solid advice. This is what makes Yandi good at her job - Chrissy Lampkins take note - you can't do her job.  Then Olivia started on the cliche mamma sob story. Didn't she just move out of her parent's apartments to her own place in show one. So I think someone might have said Olivia you need some drama story - either bullying or parent drama. Just watch show one again when she says I've moved from my parents NOT dad but PARENTS.

Kimbella. She trys too hard. Way too hard. How much insult can a woman take? Is it that important to be liked? Just get the exposure and move on with your life.

Love and Hip Hop series: RUMOURS - Maino & Olivia to be first couple of Love and Hip Hop

Top hip hop site All Hip hop.com has set the rumour mill grinding alleging that Maino may appear in Love and Hip Hop. Right now the show's main man is Jim Jones which makes his female Chrissy 'I will F&%k you up' Lampkins first lady and queen bee of the show.

Maino who is alleged to be Olivia’s current boo. There ares some disgusting pictures of them tongue wrestling better known as kissing on the site. Anyway AllHiphop.com reckons Maino will be the ying to Olivia's yang.

If this rumour is true that  implications now is that will Olivia get more screen time rather than being Chrissy Lampkins side kick?

Who is this guy Maino? Good question because I've never heard of him till today so check out his website. http://www.mainohustlehard.com/  His music is a bit genric but maybe the show will give him a bit of publicity needed. He also needs to update and main his website as that is a major feature of his brand.

Love and Hip Hop series: Fabolous speaks out about his Baby Mama Emily, Kimbella the jump off and Ray J on the Angie Martinez

copyright Necole Bitchie
Is Fabolous trying to capitalise on Emily's fame off  Love and Hip Hop? I thought he wasn't interested, anyhow Emily Bustamain's  baby daddy, Fabolous has now stepped up with to the mic giving an intervew to the lovely Angie Martinez about his views regarding what what he thinks is wrong with the show. Also why he hasn't appeared in it.

I have respected Fabolous for not giving in and being protrayed as a bitch on Love and Hip Hop and exposing his  private life for all those to see. At some points becomes too fake. I mean see how we already judge Jim Jones in his relationship to Chrissy Lampkin. Their relationship is like public property. However with dollar signs in his eyes Fabolous did say he would be open to doing the 'right kind of show'. black folk no fighting? Please.

Anyway he chats about Kimbella - the jump off, Emily B  and Ray J. Remember there was an incident earlier this year with Ray J acting all manly in Fabolous's face.
Check it out the interview on Angie Martinez website.

Check out Necole Bitchie's blog for the response of hostile Emily B fans and stans. The comments on that site never fail to make me laugh. Fabolous is not a popular man.

Gina Yashere sold out show at Southbank Centre. GREAT !

copyright www.ginayashere.com
Gina Yashere was on top form at the Southbank Centre on 30th November 2011. It was completely sold out and a full house! Super Fantastic show.  Very refreshing comedy over all, I laughed till tears rolled down my face.

She covered topical material on the going back to Africa (Nigeria), Angelina Jolie, living in the USA, doing shows in Australia and the London riots. She also has a top number called the Toilet Ninja. That is a surperb routine and if I were Gina I'd close the show on that. It's so good.

I think she can only get better and hope one day she is doing bigger arenas like the O2.

Find out more about her and her DVD at her web site http://www.ginayashere.com

Move over Anthony Robbins there is a new kid in town Move over Anthony Robins there is a new kid in town and it's Robert Kiyosaki

It was good while it lasted but it seems there is a new wealth generating King Guru in town. Robert Kiyosaki. Anthony Robbins now going by the more informal Tony Robbins has being overthrown by Robert Kiyosaki in terms of followers. It's very interesting that it's now the generation of 'Rich Dad, Poor Dad' than the 'Unleash The Power Within' format. A bit like the 'MTV' and 'iPod'.

One deals with ourself the other just how to generate cash. It's about the money now, I guess. People just want to be rich rather than learning how to acheicve their goals, ambitions or anything else.

Interesting that there are even trends and patterns in wealth creation gurus and knowledge.

BBC2: Who Wants to be a Millionaire? Features Robert Kiyosaki and T Harv Eker the new wealth Super Gurus

I aint hating on those who what got get some money or grind but please! As I take a break and some time out before the next Chrissy Lampkin and Kimbella bust off - my favourite show Love and Hip Hop I'm back to some other TV, I came across the BBC's Who Wants to be a Millionaire? It's on BBC2.

Don't pay for a course and just watch this. It's enough to grasp with out paying lots of cash. It also features the new kid in town Robert Kiyosaki and T Harv Eker.   It gives a good insight into both Robert Kiyosaki and T Harv Eker views and has some clips from their seminar. Robert Kiyosaki gives basic advice coated in lots of motivational speak. T Harv Eker is more vague about his but I guess it has a nice feel factor to it. To quote the programme/show it says "It features renowned American wealth gurus Robert Kiyosaki and T Harv Eker, as well as a selection of their British followers, the film examines whether anyone can get rich if they truly apply themselves."

Now you know in addition to the lovely Chrissy Lampkin, Kimbella and the love and hip hop crew, I'm going to be following this show too!

However my bitching and review isn't about him -  about the whole industry and those who chose to overdose on it. They need a bit of a reality check but I guess if it weren't wealth seminars taking their cash it will be something else.

http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/b017xgn6/Money_Who_Wants_to_be_a_Millionaire/

My Bitch Rant and Rave

This Who Wants to be a Millionaire? show is about the lucrative wealth programming market. Now the reason why I said I wasn't hating was because the only people that get money of these programs are the wealth coach. It's such a sorry a$$ situation. Seriously poor people wanting to be rich without putting in any effort part with some cash or a lot of cash to see attend these courses or wealth seminars that promise them unlimited wealth. They are seriously addictive and can be as powerful as drugs. These wealth seminars can easily be called classed a unphysical wealth narcotic.

To be balanced the BBC will show you two sides - those who have made money (mainly by investing in real estate/property market or becoming wealth coaches) and those who are really slaving away in debt and rubbish jobs to pay for these courses. It's a really difficult thing but people need to be honest with themselves and a lot of these people are self-delusional but you don't really want to rain on their parade.

To be fair before the bubble burst the quickest way to get rich was to invest in real estate or the  property market so none of those who are successful have done anything else in a business sense. Even banks were on to this before the toxic loan market thing happened. So it will be interesting to see if these guys are still as wealthy as they were before the economic crisis. Investing in property/real estate and shares require no real skills. No matter what anyone says it's really luck and common sense.  Over all land and property mostly increase but there will be some dips. A land or property is not worth anything if it's not bringing in an income - you might even be paying rates on it.

Let me back up here from those who say they know people who have made cash from it. Yes, there will always be a few people do follow those principles and will get wealthy - but it's not just a bunch of affirmations and firm belief that will get you there. There are other factors involved. But the people that go are so desperate and needy that instead of spending money on a course or something to better themselves they will spend their hard earned cash on this rubbish.

I'm not one for the prosperity gospel movement but I think it's probably a bit healthier and cheaper to attend a church like that than to spend on wealth seminars. Then again it's the same gullible people who throw money at some preacher man.

The bottom line is that people what something for nothing and will pay lots of money to confirm that believe that. There is unlimited wealth but you have to find a way to harness it be it with skills or ideas repackage and sell it to others. You need to do what these wealth coaches are doing. They are only rich from selling ideas to others. Simple ideas that are really common sense. I do like the whole showmanship of it. I like the talk and high motivation aspect but in the end that is all it is. Entertainment. You step outside into the real world after attending one of these shows and after a while the effect wears off.

Louis Theroux (I love the guy!) covered it on his Louis Theroux's Weird Weekends television documentary series; it is called Hypnosis and it's worth watching.

http://www.veoh.com/watch/v276446SzMSKqbW?h1=Louis+Theroux+Vol+II+ep2

Why is it always the same sort of people. I'm not saying no one will be successful doing these gimicks wealth seminars - hey I was taken in by the whole Anthony Robbins thing. But the guy is just a good salesman telling me what I want to know or hear. Some people will win the lottery just like some people will get money from these schemes but in the end the only person who really gets money is the wealth seminars coaches and even they have to have a good talent for selling as not all of them are that successful at it.

Last word

I can't leave without some good words so this is it -  good coaching program I can recommend for free is the Tools to Life. Check it out on www.toolstolife.com.

Read books biographies about successful people - don't read authorised versions as they tend to honey coat things. Read the unathorised versions. Read about real success and leave the wealth seminars alone. Attend business events.

The real way but not guaranteed.

  1. Have your dream and vision of how you will achieve this.
  2. Write down steps in order to do this
  3. Do some research and seek out others - this may be just looking at what they are doing (it does not mean talking to them).
  4. Get some training if you need - an evening class or something - not wealth coach or seminar.
  5. If you feel you need to be accountable then maybe just maybe get a life-coach but someone with experience in what you want and evaluate their feedback.
  6. Start small - maybe a stall, selling door to door.
  7. There will be a time when you have to make a decision or see if it's what you want to do. When I started my business I realised I didn't really want to be cold calling and I also wasn't prepared to do what some clients wanted. Some of us are born entrepreneurs or business people. Others just wanted a job. These are on different levels remember that some of the most highly people in the world are employed or working for someone else. These included huge corporation CEOs - they are employed too. It's not a bad thing. Equally its not a bad thing to run your own business. We all are different!
  8. And remember the three Ps persistence, patience and perseverance.
  9. If you don't try you never know!

If you must do these wealth seminars do have a tally of how they are paying dividends in your life. Make it accountable - don't be like a child in a sweet shop or candy shop. Do one and take time out to see how it rewards you before you get sold the next. It's addictive for people to attend these wealth seminars because they get on a high and always want to hear more until one day they get so disillusioned, bitter and depressed but that is often after parting with thousands and thousands of dollars and pounds - the Internet is full of such people letting their hatred flow.

So do the courses but take breaks and see how they pay dividend or reward you in real life. Don't do one then hop unto the next always looking for the next wealth fix.

Other reviews you can read but I don't go to into details

Love and Hip Hop series 2 show/episode 3: Chrissy gets her sight on Yandi and keeps on sneaking tattling back to Jim

OMG! This is complusive viewing. I'm a Love and Hip Hop addict. Truth, I'am like a drug fiend when it comes to watching this. I'm so hook but I digress. My current favourite are Chrissy Lampkins and Kimbella for different reasons. Also Samaya.

Show two wasn't really much but show 3 is the one to see.

Chrissy Lampkin and Yandi

So we tale off from when Somaya fly zip was leave on done at her showcase and Chrissy Lampkin starts another fight with Yandi who is Jim Jones manager.  They are both wrong and right. In fact I love Chrissy but I'm the whole Kimbella fight (and the girl was naked - no panties which was why it was pixellated by the good people at VH1) had made me wary of her. I like her but the fight another chick like a drunken man is another thing. Anyway I dirgress.

Yandi starts mouthing off about cheques then she starts to dance the Mama Jone's single which is just a red flag to Chrissy. She comes out charging verbally this time like a bull in a chinashop or maybe like bullets from a gansta's gun in a shoot out.

So Chrissy Lampkin is angry at what Yandi and rightly so because she is loyal to her man. Also because she feels Yandi is disrespecting her man Jim Jones by putting him in the same catergory as Somaya and Kimbella. It's when Yandi says in a sort of way she will manage anyone that brings her cheques.   So it's like she is comparing Somaya and Kimbella to Jim Jones. She is also like saying it's about the money. Also dancing to Nancy Jone's tune did not help.

I think Yandi crosses the line at time with her business relationships and gets emotional.  But you see at Yandi is just a blabber - gift of the gab and good at hustling. If she was a pro there will be no way she will be hanging out with her client's girl friend. Also gettting over familiar in giving her that silly book. However she is a hustler's hustler. As in Jim Jones is on a hustle and Yandi hustles on his behalf.

I like Chrissy as I said above but apart from the fighting what I find unappealing and this may be the way she is protrayed is that after doing things on camera she reports back to Jim Jones like a tattle tale or telling tales then he is forced to get involved. That will be okay but Chrissy Lampkin is not a weak woman - she gives as good as she gets then runs home to boyfriend Jimmy and tells him she has being disrespected or upset.

This may not be the case but it's the second time when conversations off camera have happened. The first was with Somaya's former manager Maurice and second time was with Jim Jones alledgelly cussing out Yandi off camera about Chrissy.  Anyway Yandi teaches him a lesson and he loses $25,000. Yes $25 grand event so Ouch!

It will be interesting to see how this plays off because it seem Yandi no longer manages Jim Jone and Chrissy Lamkins is cited as the cause though I doubt it there is always more.

Chrissy is loyal, out spoken but she needs to either stop VH1 editing her like a tattlle tale or sneak or try and change. Otherwise it makes her look very troublesome and makes Jimmy Jones appears pu$$y-whipped if he is always waging into her battles.

Olivia.

Olivia forgets by the virtue of appearing on Love and Hip Hop she is on the same level as Samaya. It's simple if she were better she would be on a better show. Get over the ego and start afresh. Your behavour is only making Samaya look better. She may not be as good as you are but she is trying!

Samaya
What can I say the world loves a tryer. Good luck!

Emily Bustamaine.

Not sure about Emily Bustamaine. Always crying about Fab and her family. Yet her breasts are hanging out and she wears short mini skirts. She sort of dresses like Kimbella but only with a inch extra for modesty. They are really the same type of girl. I love it when her friend tells her 'There are other atheles or rappers'. Like no ordinary men good enough? Must he be a baller. We all know she is back with Fabulous now anyway.

Anyway she is very passive agressive and it's what she told Kimbella at the launch of her bootie cover of Black men's magazine. 'You must have slept with all the black men here including mine (Fab)'. Ouch! That's worst than the beating Chrissy Lampkin gave Kimbella. All I know is that she has two kids and one is about 12 so I hope she is not as stupid as she is acting. I hope that is all for the cameras and she does have some kind of plan.

It would be nice to see  Emily Bustamaine cover up without everything hanging out. She is not as tarty as Kimbella but she is the closest to it on the show in terms of clothes.

Kimbella.

I do like her and I'm not sure what all this rubbish does for her innerself. It's unhealthy to have people treat a person that way. First it was Chrissy Lampkin beating her up. To be fair if someone had done that to Chrissy Lampkin I wonder what Jimmy Jones would have done. You just a word to Chrissy Lampkin and it's DRAMA! So not too sure what Juelz Santana said to Jim Jones about it. Let put this way. If Chrissy Lampkin and Jim Jones every split up with time that will be it. If Kimbella and Juelz Santana split up there is a child involved.

I digress. Kimbella is a glamour model - no big deal. Maryln Monroe was on and so was Pamela Anderson and also if the price is right for playboy a lot of actresses do it.  She is what she is. She thinks women are jealous of her because she is pretty - not really. She dresses like a tart to get attention thinking she is pretty but attracts the wrong sort of attention.

Like her or not she is trying to make her way. Hopefully she get something out all this because right now she is being picked on by Chrissy Lampkin and sort of made out to be the bad person but in my opinion she has a sweeter naturer than any of time including Emily.

Love and Hip Hop: Nancy Jones aka Mama Jones Diss track

The loving track to Chrissy Lampkin. Guess Chrissy Lampkin better sort out jim Jones's mama and not Kimbella!

Love and Hip Hop: Kimbella and Chrissy setting scores hood style with video!!

Slap! Punch! Kick and Spit! Panties and weave flying! Two hoes get down and dirty. It can only be ....

O.M.G! Lowe and Hip Hop!!!!!!

Let me just say that  Chrissy Lampkin ought to know at 42 years of age  this was set up producers for drama.  Yes, Chrissy Lampkin is 42 years old!!

She didn't beat up Kimbella Vanderhee - she assaulted her. Lucky for her the girl didn't press charges. And Kimbella, you should be treated and disrespected like that regardless. It's not right. It's entertainment. You don't get paid enough for that.

Kimbella was hit, punched and kicked by Chrissy in the first show of the second season. Everyone said that it was because Chrissy was protecting Emily but watching the show it's was really because Chrissy Lampkin can't stand girls like Kimbella.

From the first time of meeting her with her butt cheeks hanging out of some hot pants at Yandi's party she took an instant dislike to the woman. Even to the point of criticizing the way Kimbella spoke.

There is some about Chrissy Lampkin's character that does not let things go. It happened with Somaya's manager where he applogised to her off camera but she still had to go for it. It happened at the last reunion show where she couldn't just leave a topic alone even thought she had won. She had to have the last word. And it happened again in the first show where she couldn't let Emily and Kimbella deal with it.

Emily was talking and so was Kimbella but Chrissy Lampkin had to keep on going on. It wasn't about supporting Emily Bustamane it was more about the girls that Jim Jones and his boys party with. She lashed out at Kimbella because of what she represented to her. A women who went with rappers while they were in relationships. She lashed out at her deepest fear. The only problem is that all in all though Kimbella Vanderhee got a beating and pulled out a few weave tracks from Chrissy's head - Chrissy lost the most. She revealed her lack of self control that she could just lash out and hit a stranger. Even while the cameras were rollings. Can you imagine how she is in private. She just sees red and goes for it. It wasn't about her but it was really because her man is also a rapper and she dislikes these booty models. I guess we can see there is more to Chrissy that meets the air. Can Jim Jones carry her any where without her going crazy and beating up people? There is more to the Lampkin-Jones relationship that meets the eye.

In the end Kimbella Vanderhee wants to break out of her mode. She wants something different and thinks this will give her a shot. Good luck Kim.

Kim Kardashian - Marriage Victim or Wedding Sinner?

Give the woman a break!

Kim Kardashian did not cause the Euro crisis, she not responsible for high unemployment and definitely has nothing to do with the so called global economic crisis.

Kim Kardashian does not set interest rates, nor does she has anything to do with inflation or the high cost of living.

She won't be the first nor last woman to marry for whatever reason she did. Some marry for money, security or convenience. Some marry to procreate (have kids) or for a better life be that a green card or residency or a new life.

Please. Stop. With. How. Low. Kim. Went.

Kim Kardashian just a hootie who has capitalised on her coochie (Ray J Sex Tape) and bootie. In fact her whole family has capitalised on her showing her coochie. In some respects and remove all the trapping of weath, money and celebrity has being pimped and sold by her family.

If fact if it wasn’t for the fact she was ‘brand’ it is no body’s business. Everyone is acting so moralistic. High and mighty but marriages break up every day. I think what really gets people is Ms Kim Kardashian is making money from it. Let break this down –  booty girl may be making cash but she is by no means making as much as the people/companies behind her. The magazines, TV channels and websites make so much off direct advertising.

She is selling a product (her life story as she lives it) to a vast market who want it. They demand and she supplies.

However Ms Kim Kardashian  does offer a vital service. She offers total escapism. While we berate, criticise or love her she allows us to forget out troubles or bills for that instant. And in some respect she might every allow us to feel better than her.

The only issue for Ms Kim Kardashian is when her brand starts to fade or some new wannabe takes over. But that is the really down to the tastes of her market. And also another thing but this is real personal is about relationships. Her life is a living product for sale so can she get a ‘private real serious’ relationship – that will be the question because after a while it appears to be pretty empty.

Even now making the rounds about how ‘real’ the wedding and marriage was is really marketing her brand. There is a cynical sound of till/cash register ringing in the background her agent/manager charges for ‘exclusive’ interview to the highest bidders. Those who can’t secure the atteintion of Ms Kim Kardashian just print their own analysis on the whole drama.

In the end it’s entertainment. Ms Kim Kardashian’s life is product which she markets as a brand. She is paid to live her life in front of cameras/media that however she has done nothing wrong. It’s just because you see it and think you can judge her. But really you can’t because she doesn’t  know you or care.

Did L'oreal land Cheryl Cole InStyle December's cover?

copywrite InStyle magazine
Well done,  Cheryl Cole.

Okay, I'm cynical but I was surprised when Ms Cheryl Cole landed the December cover of the UK InStyle. Of course she is pretty, thin, well styled but so are a lot. I was curious to find why in my cynicism that she could land a cover when she discussing projects technically means doing. She doesn't have anything really to promote at the time.

Yes, she was or is UK's sweet heart and for a long time the face of UK's X Factor. She was on every single cover of magazine from Vogue to Cosmo. Then came the Simon Cowell fall out over the US X Factor. After that it's being her living and she is still living off that fall out.

Anyway I digress and wonder why she should get the cover. It's an important one - but then magazine covers are planned months in advanced. It's a bit like an accounting budget and they probably didn't Ms Thing was going to throw a hissy fit. However more inportantly was at the intervew was a L'oreal offical.

Least I forget that Ms Cole is contracted to L'oreal or in friendly-speak is a 'spokesperson'. Not sure what Cheryl Cole can tell us about L'oreal that we don't already know when she isn't extactly a hairdresser. Anyway. It's about money. She represents their products. They have sunk ir invested wads of cash (should I say shareholder's wealth to be annoying) to use Ms Cole's image and it needs to pay dividends. Literally to thousands of screaming investors. InStyle is also a commerical venture reliant on advertising. L'oreal has a huge advertising budget to make it that powerful to secure covers for nearly 'has been' or 'irrelevant' celebrities - you have to protect your assets and investment. Times are lean so editors might just have to play ball and advertises can in some cases call the shots. Also Ms Cole is pretty so is isn't that bad. What gives this alleged Instyle-L'oreal-Cole game away. Well Cole is savy enough it mention hair. Something about the large hair or what not. But it's the footnote that gives it away. She is not promoting a movie, or new album but she is promoting and it's there in italics something to do with L'oreal.

Hey who knows the truth but well done Cheryl Cole.

InStyle magazines is now in the shops.

X Factor: The search for SyCo's new bitch. Frankie Cocozza is dumped!

Well, really! Poor lad, noe has been used and used by the X Factor machine and now he is no longer useful he had been dumped. I mean what has Frankie Cocozza done had wasn't really on the cards. The guy had no singing talent yet week after week he was left on and now dumped with a silly assed excuse of breaking the gold rule. Please. Please. Please. And to Frankie Cocozza - well fool you, boy. You were just an X-Factor bitch used the same way. He was probably subminally encouraged in some ways. Well hope it goes well for you now. The search of SyCo's new bytch is still on.

Psychologies Magazine: Dilemmas answered - My Mama Says I'm Too Fat to Get A Man

So Psychologies Magazine is my unjustified addictive purchase and I'm now going thorough it's problem's page. Now we have this babe who writes in whose own mother tells her she needs to lose weight because she is too chucky to get funky. Apparently, baby girls tells mama - it's because she has being moving and that's why she is single. Then she writes the agony auntie or in upmarket Psychologies Magazine pyschotherapist speak that her mama had hurt in a disrespectful way. Ya'll need to by the current issue to find out what Madam Pyschotherapist says.

Then baby girl goes on to say her mama is fat too and she refuses to see herself in a similar view. She cried real bad over her mama's comment. Says she ain't denying her size but refuse to beat herself over it. Yeah, right - lock the pies away.

First thing before we get into the whole self esteem issues. She didn't say how big she was. I guess it must be over a 'normal' big. Then fat is fat. Deal with it. Most guys and here is the key - most guys will date only up to a certain size then you have to compensate for your fatness. I don't get the whole 'disrespect' thing.

Sometimes in life I think you need to be objective. Not being fat anit going make you single but it is a valid view point. And plenty of people will think that too. Therefore take away blokes who think like her mama there are a few left.

Also people are hardly single because size. It is probaly more about attitude and how she 'images' her self.  And finally baby girl most men and I mean most men don't really care about size. If they fancy you, they fancy you. As I said it's more about your image and confidence rather than size.

Psychologies Magazine: Why do I read it?

If there was magazine that I could not put down and had to buy it would this one. At the whooping price of £3.70 which is about $7.00.  I am truely addicted and to get out a subscription would be admitting defeat to the power it had over me. It's a very emotive magazine.

Why do I get it? Well at the magazine stand it seems to accurately solve all the problems in my life. I can relate to all the subjects and I think getting it will make me a better, more successful and happier person than I already am. This effect is quickly worn off when I take it home and dump in the corner of my living room.

I understoond this after a buying a couple of isses. Then I thought - well there must be something I could use to jusfity its purchase. Nothing, I still myself going to the checkout till with it firmly in my hand. Even when I newstand surf (reading all the magazines and indeed reading Psychologies Magazine cover to cover) I still feel I must buy it. It's not really for the celeb cover telling me how much they have suffered in their lives. This November issue it's Robin Wright. It's really for the little nuggets of advice that is scattered all over the magazine. A paragraph here and a paragraph there.

Some of the articles are good and others pure drivel. Well, maybe the drivel stuff does not apply to me. Even the editor Louse Chunn  in her November editor's letter says not everything is relevant to her life as she isn't every woman.

I also find that some but not all of the articles have a hidden agenda as in getting you to buy a book or something. They are appear as sophisticated press releases where authors come to flog or promote a book. Hardly an article without a footnote saying that some book or another will be available.

Anyway I've decided to see if I can disect why I buy this magazine. My justifcation this month was that I could use it to inspire my writing. Well I guess I've started.

Love & Hip Hop - what a show - Bye bye X Factor

So I've given up on watching X Factor aka the search for SyCo's new bitch and found a new series. Love and Hip series one. OMG! So much drama going down. I was thinking of doing a write up for each episode because it is just so fabulous. Right now I'm loving Chrissy Lampkin, Mama Nancy Jones and Emily. Those are my favourite. I love love Samaya. I think both Chrissy and Samaya have more in common than the others.

I think if not for the situation both Samaya and Chrissy would be friends because there is sort of honesty about those two that come accross. They don't take any rubbish or nonsense of anyone.

I love Nancy Jones (Jim Jone's Mama) because she knows how to work walk out of a  situation before it turns nasty. She gets provoked up to a certain point and then leaves. And even though she is a primadonna, drama queen and can extremely childish - she more often than not has a point. We know she is unpredictable and probably the sort of person you'll avoid but she speaks the truth and has self respect. She has dignity. Enough that when the situation is getting out of hand in a public arena she walks away. She is not going to hand her hang too much of her dirty linen in public.

Emily. Well I'm not sure it looks like she has botox in some shows. Then at the reunion she had her chest all hanging out. I felt like saying 'Honey you need to pull that top up and those bobos away.' She comes over very insecure at times.

Mashonda - ya'll let forclosure on your house? I just wonder how these couples hand handle their money.

Olivia - hmmm... I'm not too sure. She has the complete package but I think her mouth and personality may have played a part in her not getting far. It wasn't even the shows but the reunion that showed her up. And I thought if that is how you treat people Olivia I can see why you are where you are today'. As I said Olivia is the complete package till she starts acting up. Complete in that she has everything going for her - the look (she is beauitful), body and voice.

However and but. This is the big BUT none of those things stand on their own. Her voice does not stand out on it's own. There are plenty of girls who can sing like that and better. She is beautiful but doesn't really have a big stage presence to compenstate for other things. However together those units make it into a package. Now if she is nasty to others - she does not have enough TALENT to ride it. Nor has she taken all this time out to polish her voice to another level. She is still singing common hooks.  Her songs though meaningful to her they  are generic with common and predicable lyrics, rythmes and the chord progressions are a 'cut and paste' job.

She slags off/insults Samaya's game but she is really no better probably even worse off because Samaya has a presence due to her height. Samaya is trying to get recognised she hasn't been dropped from labels and living off past glory. J Records, G Unit etc are history for Olivia. She is now in the same space technically as Samaya.  Looking for a deal or waiting to make a record.

X Factor: The search for SyCo's new bitch. The Twist to Zero Factor

OMG! The sing off had two of the best singers in the competition and all the rubbish tatt got saved. Sammi and Kitty it was so painful to watch that I'm signing off my X Factor hat. Seriously how can two of the best singers be in the bottom and Frankie get through.

Good for Misha B though. However Sammi is better than most. And Kitty is simply the business. She was the better singer by far but it was unfair.

I think I'm switching to Strictly because X Factor is just too much to bear. Too much that singers who sing out of tune, break and drop note sail through. It's becoming the Z Factor for those with Zero singing ability. Yes I'm miffed but then it does free up my saturday evenings. It means I can go to the pub now on a Saturday Night like normal people who have a life.

Will miss Louie Walsh he is my favourite judge. He is soooooo showbiz. He knows how to play the game. Even to the point of appologising to Misha however don't forget people he got his point through.

X Factor - The search of SyCo's New Bitch. Saga of the Bully takes over

OMG! X Factor was car crash TV. The rock night was a complete and utter disaster that I nearly switched off. It was wrong, wrong, wrong. And the judges were a disgrace apart from Louie. I even turned over to Strictly but that had finished. Then I watched a bit of Merlin but finally decided to see X Factor through.

The the 'B' word came up. BULLY. Not sure what is going on but it's a definite tatical however there is no smoke without fire. So now Misha B is being accused of being a bully. Well, well, well nothing is more hated in UK than a bully. So not really sure what is going to happen. Good luck to her and I hope it dies down.

Kelly's girls managed to turn ROCK songs into R&B songs. So many R& B licks, runs and riffs in all the girls' songs. Sophie turned Living Like a Prayer into a R&B song and all the others did the same.

Louie's acts delivered.

    * Frankie Cocozza
Frankie was a walking disaster and still can't sing! At least Kelly Rowland was honest - he need to bring it vocally - THAT MEANS SING! You can the swagger, the attitude but a singer needs to SING. Not sure how he will be able to go through. That blow dry and skinny jeans are just annoying. Singing ability - zero!

    *Craig Colton

Not sure if the judges are hearing what I'm hearing. The guy is always out of tune. It maybe the song but please brother you need to up your game. Sing something where you don't need to belt or scream because it comes out broken and croaky. Your notes break up and it seems like you have lost your voice or something. Not sure, still not sure.

    * Marcus Collins
Medicore.  Same here I must be missing something because I'm not hearing what the judges seem to be hearing. Also boring.

The Overs

    * Kitty Brucknell
Brillant - gives the money worth. Kitty knows why she is in the game. It's probably to up her career as an entertainer and get better exposure. She doesn't care if she wins but she wants to go far enough to make it pay. She has all the tools but just needs a break - something of a push to help her along. Loving her! She is using X Factor as ride to fame. Now we can probably say X Factor is Kitty's bitch!

    * Johnny Robinson
Wow, the guy can sing. Same as Kitty. He is using it as a platform to a better performing career. It's about getting exposure to do better quality gigs and MCing.

    * Sami Brookes
Good voice and she probably the only 'over'  that wants to win. She is good but can't win.

Can't be bothered to write more but do watch ITV so we can see where the Bully saga goes and who gets kick off.

X Factor - the search for SyCo's new bytch. Nu Vibe Go!

It's started - the votes and it left an nasty taste in my mouth. Frankie gave a rubbish vocal but stayed. However Nu Vibe should have known if up against a 'favorite' in this case over blow-dried Frankie they needed to kill the vocal. They did not. It was good but not good enough to be a clear clear choice.

Both had nondescript boring performances. Frankie may be cute but he can't sing. AT ALL. As for Nu Vibe - well boys your vocals were better but not tight enough to have a clear chance or overturning the X-FACTOR machine.

X Factor Machine Logic

There need be only one band of each sex in the competition. A boy band and a girl band is enough othewise it gets too messy. Frankie has just being saved for another day. Not sure. I feel bad. I feel it was a false one. I feel Nu Vibe should have stayed. But it's TV. Only TV. Compelling TV and tommorrow I'd forgotten about it.

Good luck, Nu Vibe.  I hope you stay together.

Tax for Tits - Taxing comestic surgery.

Well, it seems that that TAX man has decided it's time to tax those who what a new pair of breasts, grastic band or a new neat Varjaja!

If they can tax santitary products why not?  I 'don't see why people shouldn't pay tax on non-medical procedures.  It is a fast growing industry with lots of people doing it. Too many plastic sugeons are driving around in Rolls Royces and Bentleys. So it adds on a 20% to the your bill but can you really put a price on happiness and self esteem?
Daily mail article

For all those who say it will drive the trade aboard well a lot of people already go there. When these people mean aboard they mean some back water clinic. More than often it's okay - it's for those with pre-existing medicaltion conditions or who may need a little more expertise. To be fair the reputable clinics aboard will be probably the same price all over the world. Also plastic surgery isn't extactly heart or brain surgery. In most cases int's making an incisison in the skin and adding something. Or maybe just pumping out some fat. At some point thought I think it's changed anyone could be a plastic surgeonry. It wasn't recognised as a specialty in medicine. I mean common a lot of people do thieir down botox in surgery. If given the lipo-suction equpiment I think they do that too.

Going aboard does increase risks. I mean lots of Americans go to dodgy Mexican Surgeries to get it on the cheap. The also fly out the Brazil if they get rejected by those in the states. If you want to get major surgery on the cheap from some dodgy clinic aboard who is more likely to mess you up for good just to save 20% on what could be a life thing then do it's your call. It's all about choice.

People are arguing that lots of people will go aboard, have botched jobs and then come back and have it done on the NHS again. Well, what they forget there is a risk factor there. It's not that easy to come out with blind statements. Most feel insecure about their bodies because it's in comparsion with something else be it an airbrushed picture in a magazine or some hot chick or bloke on the street.

You can not insure against foolery. If you are going to have surgery research it properly - don't blindly trust in the white coat and clinical atmosphere. Don't trust blindly because the person is a doctor. So whether aboard or in the UK do your research - it is your body and ultimately your life!

X Factor aka Who will be SyCo's new Bytch?

I love the programme. It doesn't matter who is judging I just love me some X Factor. Cheryl Cole or no Cheryl Cole. Simon Cowell or no Simon Cowell I just love the format. It's for those desparately seeking fame at all costs. GREAT TV!

I hear the same old blah blah blah about how it's a chance but it's also GREAT TV. It's not talent show it's just a huge two hour extravaganza which makes prats of people. They sing and are paraded like performing monkeys in front of an audience and we are asked to contribute and subsidize this debacle by voting for our favorates. Briilant. Sometime we vote for who like or sometimes it gets really tatical. The media and everyone from the office, job centre and school play ground - lets not forget the pub get in on the act. We all become talent judges and critcal. GREAT TV. Then towards the end is the fight for Christmas Number One.  It's also a family show because it's something in which the entire family will have an opinion on. Great stuff. Love it or hate it - X Factor is great view. The bitching between the judges to the gullible contestants who never seemed to asked themselves if they were so talented how come they needed a TV show to get fame.  So they trade their dignity and self-respect to either gain favour with millions or be humilated. Right now people are still getting deals without riding on the XFactor wave.

After the auditions come the live shows and that's where the going gets tough. It's a brilliant piece of entertainment and the best thing on TV. And No I don't watch Strictly Dancing. It's not my thing.

Anyway I digress the live shows are where the judges play sycophantic (brown nosing) droning fans to contestants and tell them how brilliant they are. They too for some reason apart from the really old and mature ones lap it up. The tell them how brilliant they are, my favourite is Louie Walsh who goes on about 'You are born to be on this stage! You are a recording artist.' Okay. Louie is brilliant, old school and a dapper at this bullsh*t - he had being doing it for many years. The others from time to time have to look down - maybe at a script which may show it's not all original.

Tulisa is like 'You are my guilty pleasure. You may not be everyone's cup of tea but you are my cup of tea.' Not too sure I can do Kelly because she justs drawls in Texas. Gary Barlow is just Gary off Take That to me.

Regardless of the contestants, regardless of the winners, each year  X Factor rolls up and I love it! My guilty winter pleasure.  It's great entertaiment and good programming. Note to all contestants - there are two types of winners on X Factors.  Those who win the show and those who get record contracts and win a career. It's nice to be both but better to be in the latter group.

What I love about the show
When they want people to be voted off the show they just give them songs they can't handle or fudge up arrangements so the live show night they look stupid.

Highlights

Misha - the public does not get your style. They should just dress her like a normal lady and not like a fruitcake. Okay it is stylish but only if they you have the limbs of ether Alex Wek or Naomi Campbell. It was all Grace Jones get up - who is also tall and graceful. Just because it screams style does not mean it suits you.
Vocally - she was brillant but however the song was rearranged for her range and voice. It will be interesting if they ever decided to give her a bad song. If they do - she should pull a Cher Loyd. I respect that chick. No one was going to mess her up!

Jenny Delvin. - she just sounds like every other Celtic folk vocalist. I did like her vocals this time around.

Frankie - you got tripped up boy! Even Louie was right there. That was a rubbish delivery.

The London Girl who fades from memory even though was on second to the last. You got stitched up ont the arrangements. There should have instruments supporting your bridge.  She gave a good perforamance but I can't seem to remember her name.

Kitty - well what can I say? Not really sure.

Wow!

Matt Candle: Letters

from BBC website
So 2011 2010 X factor winner Matt Candle is going into overdrive with comments about his crediblity and slagging off other stuff. I've listened to the album or rather samples from his website.

My favourite song was Walking on Water. As all the others including Gary Barlow's Run for your Life are genric boring copy and paste unorginal  chord progessions. Even the melody are unorginal however they are catchy. Boring very boring stuff. However this will not keep his fan from buying it.

Check out this review from the BBC http://www.bbc.co.uk/music/reviews/dvpn

The problem with all this, is most it seem Mr Gary Barlow is getting a fair bit of credit for writing the song Run For Your Life. To be fair our Gary has penned better songs than this unorignal Run For Your Life busines. May Mr Barlow was feeling a bit lazy but seriously Gary, I know it's catchy and good for radio play however at time of writing it is now number 11 in itunes download chart.

Then again I don't like Matt's image or how he is protrayed. I have to say that because I don't know personally. He slags off a contest he wins just be credible and prove his so called 'real musicianship'. WTF! Makes a shit album still protesting to be a real artist who writes his own material.  Big Deal - you still went on X Factor.  Not sure, I get you dude. You just wanted to be famous and in the charts. You got your wish, dude, but as you can see everything comes as price because no matter what you say you are still SyCo's bitch so you better don't drop that Musical Soap.

New eating plan

Got a new eating plan. Simple to understand. I need to eat when I'm hungry and stop when I'm full. Not as easy as it seems. Mainly because I eat with my eyes and sense of smell. I never listen to what my stomach says. Oh well. Just have to tune into my body's natural pattern. I can't remember the last time I eat because I was hungry. It's mainly just habit or desire or bordom.

OMG! Shawn Carter ala Jay-z is not as street as he would like to be.

Yeah, I know he was brought up in the projects and I know he was a 'huslter' but some of that is image.  I'm talking about his values, ethic and family background.

Okay so he was brought up in a housing project in the Bedford-Stuyvesant neighborhood of Brooklyn in New York City accoring to Wikipedia but and a big but that doesn't mean anything! It might put in a  'financial class' as in rich vs poor but not the 'class' system which has more to do with privilage, life choices and background.

Sometimes family find themselves in situations where they need to be in affordable housing. Where you live and your surroundings don't necessary reveal who they are. An image based on that implication may sell records becuase the truth may not.

It appears regardless of the 'my daddy walked out when I was 12' story which happens across all walks of life Carter - Jay-Z and a very stable and solid life that allowed him to pursue his dreams. He had good support in his  immediate family.

What makes he say he has middle class values - well look at his choice of friends, who he hung out with in the beginning Damon Dash is hardly the local corner boy, the activities he pushed himself into to get better - really just the equal of after school activities like football, learning a craft or an instrument. Also his laid back approach in dealing with situations - seems that ease to deal with things runs in the family.

Jay-Z/Shawn  Carter may imply he was of the streets but he certainly wasn't brought up on the streets. But how do I know this well it's the appearance of his mother and two sisters at the carnival. They all had a confidence that allowed them stay in the background and allowed Carter the attention on his big day. Anyway a credit to Ms Carter she seems to have a family who have done her proud. They also seem to keep their brother grounded in some ways. Just ordinary middle-class folk who grew up in the projects and I think there must be plenty of middle class families who live there.

Anyway his mother and two sisters just looked so middle Black America. Just so middle class in the quiet confidence and casual laidback - not trying too hard with the music/media people at the event.

Fabulous's side of the story with Ray J

I think he is more real and truthful but not as funny as Ray J.

Ray J and Fabulous down in Vegas Town! LISTEN!

Check out the Ray J's phone call  because it's so funny! Ray J's talking about the so called fight to a radio station.

Too much, too much! Ray J comes over very silly and full of bravado.

http://www.power1051fm.com/common/kyte/medialink.php?uri=channels/449330/1488846

What is going on with these two dudes. First Fabolous calling him lil Brandy and lil Red Riding hood. Then there is Ray J mouthing off in a very high squeaky girly voice about the money team.

Ray J is an upper class American boy whose parents were both professionals even before Brandy got into the music business. Sonia Norwood had a dream that both children will be financially secure and she managed their carreers till a certain point. Ray J was always under the shadow of squeaky clean Brandy. At the worst he is a very spolt kid who is hasn't found his way but still likes to hang like a gangsta. He is a bad boy but only in the way other spoilt Hollywood types are for example Charlie Sheen and Sean Penn - only without discovering what he is really talented at to be successful. I mean Ray J is still living off the Kim Kardashian skin flick and knocking boots with Whitney Houston.

So no mattter his swagger or how many punches he throws he is still Sonia's baby boy and Brandy little brother till he finds something he can succeed in, in his own right.  If ever there was a real fight my money would be on the real man not some wananbe sliver spooned ass of a boy who thinks because he hangs out with some rap celebs that rap gangster that he is one by proxy.

Ray J people know you because of yoru sister Brandy Norwood, Kim Kardashian and Whitney Houston. Fabulous we know because of his talen. Enough sai. Worth listening because it's really funny!

New Video: Idris Elba – ‘Private Garden’

Take off your SHIRT OFF, Idris, come on dude stop being selfish and give a little to your millions of female fans. We need to see that torso with ribbing abs. A solution to our fantasies. hahaha...

How Hip Hop Changed the World - Idris Elba

This programme is so irritating that the  once cool Idris Elba is looking like an unwashed corner MF. Sorry, this ain't personal but I can't be watching the sanctimonious rubbish regarding hiphop! Its chart count down of important moments of hip hop. And guess who gets number one? Chris Martin's BFF and soon to be a daddy.

Yes I'm a hip hop fan. Anyway Idris Elba is presenting this rubbish with a lot of Smart Alec comments and a self righteous moralistic hip hop tone of the purist. On top of it he has Westwood. Don't get me wrong I love me some Timothy Westwood and I know the dude had earned strips. But it's so cliche. Then there is Westie talking all street but then again he is Britain Granddaddy of Hip Hop. Anyway Westie is excellent at the game which is why the dude is still TOP DOG in the game over in the UK - I love the way he says 'Your boy, Westwood." Errr... I don't think so - a bit too old for that sort of chat ain't we?. He's being DJing from back in the day. Nothing like trance or house for our main man Westie. Not gotta be straight up hip hop.

Any Elba is just majorly irritating but he is esciplised by the stupid comment of Noel  Clarke (famed director of Kidulthoond - I think needs a bit of a history lession before opening his mouth and not 'media studies' that doesn't count. Love his movie though!). Saying the Boys in Hood was the first kind of that movie. There has always been a black cinema in the States - I can't even start to defend stupidness so I'm not going to start now.

Anyway it's an entertaining programme but will wind up any one who know a bit about the real history of hip hop. As I said it's sanctimonious toilet flush waste but on the lighter side it's good entertainment and as always one always learn something new.

Beyonce 4 - reveiw

Okay, I'm finally listening to Beyonce new album and to be fair it's good but if this is the result of a meltdown of the alleged 72 recorded tracks then there isn't much to say.

As a package she is the business but vocally she is still straining in some places but hey that's for the vocalists to sort out.

What I can't really understand is that there is no theme to it. It's a collection of songs which she must have just liked.  There are a few songs which are pretty good. Love on Top but there is nothing really new. It's not like her other stuff which I really enjoyed. She covers everthing. Is like a mismass of subjects.  I think it's a Beyonce album. It's goes from helpless female wanting to die over love to power woman. So you get everything.

I'm not really sure where she is influenced by Afrobeats or Fela but then again I'm was a fan of his music.  All I do know in my cynical mind is that Jay-Z and the Smiths (Will and Jada Pinkett) are producers for the muscial Fela! So that might be a subminal plug. Hey it's a media game we all play.

Overall great album and good songs. Great arrangements and innovation in some instances. Slightly old school but nothing new unless you are looking technically in terms of arrangement and bringing in new influences. Bu if you are a hard-core musico you'd have heard it all before.

Tracks

1. '1+1': This song is very good but one things spoils out and I'm sure the production team must have debated it as well. It's supposed to be a serious love song but comes over a a joke because.....
Okay this song makes me laugh when she belts the you in the uppper register. It's so weird so I can't take it seriously. To me it needs to be a flawless transition otherwise it just seem weird and funny. Then the whole 'make love to me' phrase makes me laugh. It's not a song I can take seriously but I find it. Register transitions need to be flawless - not sure why this was put out. Leona Lewis can switch registers flawless and properly could have done it.  It's a good song but switching registers - or singing a high 'you' makes it see like a comedy song.

2. 'I Care': Great vocal and nice beat.
3. 'I Miss You': Okay - soppy for those who need a date with glass of red wine and the photoalbum or maybe facebook pictures going over the past. Oh yeah, it's about L.O.V.E

4. 'Best Thing I Never Had': I love this song but it's also emotional. Vocally not sure about it but then Beyonce is a complete package deal. More an entertainer than a vocalist. To be fair it's a difficult song to sing in terms of power but then it could have been rearranged differently. However it showcases Beyonce's technque and physical ability as a singer so great!

5. 'Party (Featuring Andre 3000)' This sounds like a Riahanna track. Sorry people but it sounds too similar in a way of feel to Rihanna's song Cheers or even her genre

6. 'Rather Die Young' James Dean???? WTF??? Okay, Iit appears was probably a rock song that has being rearranged to a R&B swing beat. I think the tempo and beat is all wrong. It's probably supposed to a powerful rock ballad - something I'd like to see rearranged and sung by Pink. This is song is begging to be let out of the cage and be freed as rock and roll.

7. 'Start Over': Great stuff.
8. 'Love On Top': Great stuff.
9. 'Countdown'

10. 'End of Time': This will probably be the one with the sax and heavy drum beats.  The arrangements are slightly, very slightly flavoured with the late Fela. Not sure of vocals - I think it's a good catchy club song and something for the young ones with the repetitive vocals.

11. 'I Was Here' An ballad, same old 'me me me' BS vocals singers bring out. Manipulative melody and arrange to arouse emotions - a job well done. When you fell depressed play this with a glass of wine and a tub of ice cream. Or great for a death match or funeral.

12. 'Run The World (Girls): Very clever arrangement. In fact, brillant. Not my favourite but I can appreciate the fact the music arrangements fills in the missing words. I just think this is really for the clubs and remixes. Also it's Beyonce's comfort zone because it's very Destiny Child.

I'm having a great day

I'm excited to be starting this programme. I have a few goals I'd like to achieve but the coach is right. Start the day by swinging out of bed like when I was a kid.

starting point.

Well I'm just starting I need to get on and I think this site will help.
Now I just sit up in bed, overthink and end up draining my thought process. So tomorrow I'm going to start. I've written it down and going to post it by my bed so I just do it.

So I guess I'm happy to have completed day one and looking forward to implementing it.

Starting over with Tools for life.

This is my blog on the tools2life website (a free life coach website) but I'll be putting a copy here as well.

Well Tools was great first time around so I've decided to give it a second go only I forgot to do the routine this morning. Shame on me!

I  just forgot and started my normal waking up routine! Not good. I just work up and started to think of all my problems and I totally forgot! Not good. I'll play the video again and listen carefully to the audio.

Slimmer's world: Getting in shape!

So I've finally decided to do some structured slimming and I've joined a club. It's call slimming world and I'm feeling excited about this eating pattern.

What I realise is that I have to get more vegetables and fruit in the house. As a third of my meal portion needs to be in veg or fruit. yay!

Life after tools: My new goals

So I finally graudated from the free online tools to life program.  I'm going to be talking about it much because I found that the people weren't actually interested in getting committed and  being patient about with changes.

The program is brillant but you must put in the time. The minimum you should do and yes I'm saying SHOULD is to commit yourself to finishing the program. It's 90 days which  sounds long but not if you think it's just like checking your emails or doing some social networking.

Anyway I digress and I'm offically broke and in debt. Yes, I'm finally over my debt comfort zone so I'm going to have to start looking for ways to earning an income.

So now I'm at the point when I need to take all I've learnt from tools and put it into action. So what did I learn well everything you already know - take action and be consistient. Easy eh? Well not really because I tend to get distracted. I'm not going to list down my goals because I don't really see the point.
Okay I will

They are pretty common.

  • Earn some money to pay off debts
  • Lose about 30 pounds
  • Complete my writing course and get a story published
  • Improve my singing
  • Complete my vocation qualification and get a job in that field.
Tool to life is free and is well worth looking at. I'm a graduate and this is going to be about life after tools and how I'm doing in applying it in my life to get the results I want.

Moral rightousness

I'm beginning to be a moral rightous pain in the ass. I know. I totally know I am. It's like butter won't melt in my mouth. Hmmm.... I think it's all these things I'm doing making me apporach things from I am right and you are wrong. I need to be more aware of myself I think. Oh well such is life.

Stie is back up

Yay! Tools to Life is back on line so I can continue. Today is about faith. Do I have faith in myself? Am I just rowing a directionless boat. Faith, and self belief go a long way. Now where can I get me some of that.

Also need to lose weight Again. This was what I posted a few weeks ago and yet I'm heavier!

Not too sure about this but I've decided to give it a go. I'm over wieight though I haven't seen a scales in a long time.
I do have committment issues with weight loss. Well simply i don't like to do any exercise and eating less. I also dislike feeling controlled regarding what I'm eating however I guess this is why I need to try this programme.

So what can I do. I'm not getting a pair of homescales because I can do that at my local clinic. I'll have do find where my food scales are.

I think this is going to be challenging. I'll post my weight up when I get weighed later on today.
I also have a find a nice picture of what I want to look like. Oh brother! Quite a bit to do. I know my attitude may be lacking.

I do aim to finish it though.

I need to have a little more faith I guess and maybe self control

Life on the Internet strikes again: Here today gone tomorrow,

I found a brillant site only to try - I've being raving about the Tools to Life -  and log on for me find it's down. With the nature of the internet I'd even know whether its disappeared or just down. It was a free site. This is not good.

It is or now was a 90 day free life coaching program and I did about 30 days. I was looking forward to doing it everyday. Such is life on the internet - here today gone tomorrow. :-(

Letting go of grudges.

I'm trying to keep up with my blog but I'm really into the tool to Life and now in week five of the program. It's great and I'm feeling the benefits already. It's a free online life coach website and I strongly recommend you trying it out. Be patient because it's a 90 programme but it's worth it.

I'm slowing changing and not holding on to grudges. I'm working on letting them go. They are a burden and distracting me from focusing on my own development. Keeping grudges is one burden I can do without. I might start to transfer some of my other bloggie stuff here.

Online Dating: Another day

Online Dating: Another day

I'm on this online dating site where you are matched and you get a guided communication. Now the only issue is that the men put up the most horrible pictures. Pictures with other women called 'friends', blurred pictures and even cropped pictures. I'm told they feel they don't need to make the effort since they are automatically going to be matched with online dates.

I think they are also a bit more fussy than average because they feel the online dating site is going to get them the 'pecfect' match and a few may come away disillustioned with the whole process.

Right now I'm communiting  emailing with two men but no DATE! One is a lot older -I'm like maybe that's why you are still single and the other just copy and pastes emails. I know because the  he sent his previous email as a reply to my last. I really need to start living offline.

To be fair it's not the nicest thing being rejected by the bunch of ugly unkept men - they do this by viewing your profile then clicking on close. These are the kind of men you wouldn't even give the time of day in real life. But the Bonzos became king online.

Online dating: I've finally joined an online dating site

I’ve finally joined an online dating site. It’s pretty cold. I’ve had 44 love matches and no joy. It’s one of those where the matching is done for you. I sit and a furry of suitable and hopefully ideal love matches are sent to me. My ideal matches however it seems okay in theory but not reality. I’ve just started but will keep a tally.

I look at one who has a beard and all this pictures are self-portraits taken on his computer camera. Hmm… So I’m not sure about the beard. It's pointy like a medieval villain and the pictures are rather dark. I might just give it a miss.  His profile is also a bit on the dodgy side but hey it's online dating and at 6am in morning wearing my night grown having woken up alone. I'm feeling rather lonely and I need a man.

This feels me with a desperate feeling that's come down to this. A few clicks but patience and I will meet the man for me. I can't say I'm convinced. Anyway it's a numbers game so I click. That's the coldness of all this. I'm judging people on badly taken pictures and sus profiles. Hmmm....

I'm learning I'm superficial because I don't bother read the profile I just look at the pictures and the height.

The case of $95 million, Mel Tucker, Willy Bo-bo and inappropriate sexual conducts on the telephone.

Mel, Mel, Mel. It's tough. Mr Tucker. I discussed this case with someone and it's shame. It's a shame that it came to that. List...
